Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of every J-Mount we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (counted from the date your order is marked as deliveredby the courier).

  • To be eligible, your J-Mount must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at jay@j-mount.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with our South African return address and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. You must ship the item back to us within a reasonable timeframe after approval.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • J-Mount cannot cover or reimburse the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


4. Refund Method

  • Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of your product purchase price.

  • Refunds are processed using your original payment method:

    • South African customers: refunded via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

    • International customers: refunded via PayPal.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect once processed.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds cannot be issued for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.
