Shipping Policy

At J-Mount, we take pride in ensuring that every order is packed carefully and shipped promptly.
Our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.


2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Local orders are shipped using The Courier Guy.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, load-shedding, or regional disruptions).

  • J-Mount cc is not liable for courier delays once an order has been handed over for delivery.


3. International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your shipment has been dispatched.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and courier schedules.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.
    DHL will contact you directly in your country to assist with any documentation, duties, or payments required to complete delivery.
    While the process is typically seamless, J-Mount cannot intervene in customs procedures or delays once your order is in transit.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy or DHL Express websites.


5. Shipping Liability

Once an order is marked as dispatched, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the courier.
J-Mount cc is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels once they are in transit.
If your shipment experiences issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
