We manufacture and sell heavy-duty, lightweight, vibration-dampening mounts for navigation and mobile devices.
2. Products and Availability
All products, descriptions, and prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but information on our website may contain errors.
If you discover any errors, please contact us so we can correct them promptly.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability to you or any third party.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
We use Yoco as our secure payment processor, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
All payments must be completed in full before shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, misuse, or pricing inaccuracies.
4. International Sales
We currently ship to South Africa, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.
If you wish to order from another country, please contact us directly at jay@j-mount.com to arrange a custom shipment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We use The Courier Guy for local South African deliveries and DHL Express for international shipments.
Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed.
J-Mount is not liable for any delays in transit, customs clearance, or delivery timeframes once a shipment has been handed to the courier.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
Once your order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, the delivery will be considered complete.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the buyer once they are handed to the courier.
J-Mount is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit.
We recommend selecting insured shipping or contacting your courier directly for any delivery issues.
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Refunds are processed via EFT for South African customers and PayPal for international customers.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

8. Product Warranty
All J-Mount products are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards.
We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from rider error, crashes, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims are reviewed individually, and proof of purchase may be required.
9. Use at Your Own Risk
J-Mount products are designed for outdoor and vehicle use.
By purchasing or installing a J-Mount, you acknowledge that it is used at your own risk.
J-Mount cc is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products, including damage to devices or accessories mounted on our products.
10. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J-Mount cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in Pretoria, South Africa, in accordance with South African law.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts (or arbitration as specified above) for any matters arising under these Terms.
14. Account and Order Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or order, without notice, for suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
