Yes — the J-Mount’s flexible rubber design allows it to stretch slightly to fit larger devices while remaining fully functional.You can comfortably fit devices up to1–3 mm largerin either direction.
Please note: while performance is unaffected, slight bulging or distortion of the mount’s shape may occur.

Large minimum quantities apply for custom shapes, while color changes can be arranged for orders of50 units or more.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed via EFT for South African customers and via PayPal for international customers.
Please contact us at jay@j-mount.com to arrange the return of your J-Mount.
Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide the shipping details for sending the product back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
As soon as we receive your J-Mount in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund using your original payment method.
Refund Claim Period
You may request a refund within 7 days from the date you received your product.
To initiate your refund, please contact us at jay@j-mount.com with your order details.
The 7-day period is calculated from the date of delivery to the date your refund request email is sent.
After this period, refund requests will unfortunately no longer be accepted.
Return Shipping Address
Our business is based in South Africa. To claim a refund, you’ll need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
Please contact us at jay@j-mount.com for the full return address and shipping instructions.
Once we receive your returned J-Mount in its original condition, we’ll approve your refund and process the payment via EFT for South African customers or PayPal for international customers.
